Strawberry And Banana Overnight Oats

Whether you like oats or not this is the best meal to wake up to. Oats are full of fiber and keep you full the entire day.

As a cook who’s always learning and experiencing with oats, this is by far my favorite oat bowl. The blueberry and the strawberry transform this bowl into a pink goodness and cancels out the oats making it sweet and yummy. What I personally love about this recipe is the fact that I can do it the night before and eat it the next day directly in the morning. Setting up this jar takes barely 5 minutes.


• 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats

• 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

• 1 tbs Chia Seeds

• 1 tbs Honey

• 1/2 cup desired berries- I chose strawberries

• 1 banana ( I like to cut them the next morning)


1- Mix all of the ingredients in the jar and keep it in the fridge overnight.

2- Once done top it off with some toppings like walnuts and banana.
