Oat Banana Pancakes

Eat pancakes guilt free! Pancakes have always been the best breakfast meal and now they’re even better by being healthy and easy to make. This three ingredient recipe is so simple and only takes 10 minutes.

Ingredients: (5 pancakes)

• 1 Banana

• 1 cup of old fashioned oats

• 1/3 cup of milk

• 1 tsp of vanilla (optional)

• 1 tsp of coconut oil

Instructions:

1- In a blender, mix the banana, oats and milk until a thick consistency is reached. Add vanilla if desired.

2- Heat a small pan and add the coconut oil.

3- Carefully pour smalls portions of the mixture on the pan and cook until pancakes are complete.
